The University of Oslo hosted the first workshop on UNICA Green Academic Footprint – Universities Committed and Connected towards Environmental Sustainability on 3rd and 4th of May 2011. Hedda guest blogger Maryam Faghihimani who participated in the workshop, recorded this session entitled “Universities and Environmental Sustainability”, presented by Arjen Wals who is a Professor of Social Learning and Sustainable Development at Wageningen University and UNESCO Chair in the same field.
